Orders ship via USPS Priority (which includes tracking), and are fulfilled & dispatched on specific dates each month. These dates will be noted on item listings as well as at the top of all website pages.
Your support & patience means the world, as this magic takes time & attention to rightfully prepare & send your way.
Generally your order will arrive one week from the dispatch date, however there is always the chance that an order might be delayed, especially surrounding the late December / early January weeks, and unfortunately we are both at the mercy of the carrier with this.
Does The Moon Den ship outside of the US?I currently only ship within the US.However, international shipping options can be discussed on a case by case basis. Just fill out the Contact Form.

The safety of your new goods is of utmost importance & no order is ever assembled or packaged hastily, therefore, no returns will be granted outside of the exceptions below:
1. In the event that an order was incorrectly assembled (as compared to the purchase receipt) please email me immediately upon opening your package for further assistance via the contact page.
2. In the event that an item is damaged, a 50% refund in the form of a store coupon will be issued so long as an image of the item, still resting in its packaging, is emailed to inthemoonden@gmail.com within 7 days of arrival.

*If you do not wish to create a paypal account, you are able to check out as a paypal GUEST, upon which you will enter your credit card information.
